Trust And Transparency

Privacy

How RealmSeeder handles account information and private campaign data.

Pre-launch draft: This page describes the current product direction and implementation. It is not final legal advice or a claim of compliance, and it requires legal review before public launch.

Information We Store

Account identity: username, email address, password hash, verification state, and account timestamps.

Private workspace content: campaigns, places, people, inventories, shops, session notes, and related history you create.

Operational security data: limited audit, request, recovery, and delivery records used to protect and operate the service.

How Information Is Used

To authenticate your account, provide your private workspace, deliver requested account notices, and maintain service security.

RealmSeeder currently provides a limited public marketplace for explicitly published objects and opt-in creator profiles; direct user messaging is not available.

Email addresses, private display names, private account notes, raw attributes, and revision snapshots are not public profile or marketplace fields.

Your Controls

Account Settings provides profile editing, a machine-readable data export, notification preferences, and self-service account deletion.

Account deletion removes current private account and workspace data, subject to backup and necessary security-record retention described in the final reviewed policy.

Retention And Service Providers

RealmSeeder currently targets a 90-day backup retention period and separate shorter retention for notification delivery metadata.

Hosting, database, and email providers process information only as needed to operate the service. The final reviewed policy will identify required provider and regional disclosures.
